AZCentral.com - "A citizens' initiative called Better Ballot Glendale wants to change the way votes are cast in Glendale's municipal elections. Supporters hope that will start a trend across the state.
Volunteers are collecting signatures to get ranked-choice voting on the Sept. 2 ballot in Glendale.
